What’s this? Another release from LoveMHz?.. Yeah well you know I couldn’t stay gone forever now.. So yeah, this a newer port of the fantastic game Super Mario Wars 1.8 Beta 2. Nothing much to say about besides it’s an amazing game.

[Release] Super Mario War Port

Super Mario War is a game for up to four players with many different modes of play. The basic goal of the game is to be the last player standing, and to accomplish this goal you must jump on your opponents’ heads to kill them. There are many Mario-themed items you can use to help you kill your opponents, as well.

This is the first release of my port of Super Mario War for the Xbox360. Currently there seems to only be a few audio issues, but that should be taken care of soon.

The VisualBoyAdvance project was started by Forgotten.[6] When this person left the development of the emulator, the project was handed over to a team named VBA Team, led by hacker kxu. Development on the original VisualBoyAdvance stopped in 2004 with versions 1.7.2 and 1.8.0 beta 3, and a number of forked versions were made by various developers in the years since then.

Yet another great project to work with. This is also Team XeLove’s first opensource release. There’s still a some bugs left but a few games are running. Note that this is a beta.

DOSBox is a full CPU emulator, capable of running DOS programs that require the CPU to be in either real mode or protected mode.[3] Other similar programs, such as dosemu or VDMs for Windows and OS/2, provide compatibility layers and rely on virtualization capabilities of the 386 family processors.

The 360 is a wonderful platform, sometimes it’s a pain, but none the less, we have achieved high goals for GBA emulation on it. So far we’ve spent about 2 months on this port. Work so far has been done on a retail console, therefore it has really slowed down the process. Soon we will release the payment details for people that want to donate. So if you enjoy GBA, or simple want to see more ports (NES, N64, and PSX to just name a few) then please donate. And of course none of this would possible without the support of all of you.

OpenJazz360 Release

I’m proud to finial release the first version of OpenJazz360, based off of the OpenJazz project. As stated already this is the first version so please don’t kill me if you run into any bugs. Simple just leave me note in the comments.

About
Jazz Jackrabbit is a platform game produced by Epic MegaGames. The game features six episodes; each episode consists of three worlds, with two levels and a boss level. Jazz has a life bar; when enemies shoot or come in contact with him, he loses health that must be replenished by collecting carrots. If his health falls to zero, Jazz turns to ash and the level restarts from the last checkpoint. Also, instead of jumping on enemies Jazz must shoot his enemies with a blue gun he always carries. A variety of different bullet types can be found in the game and do varying amounts of damage.

Install
Run like any other XEX on your 360. The shareware files are included. If you own the full game simply copy the files into the OpenJazz360 folder.
